Violation of house rules and policies outlined in listing will terminate guests stay without refund. *The person booking the house must be present during stay and at check-in/checkout. There is no transferring house reservations or subleasing allowed. If the guest of record is not present at check-in, no access to property will be allowed. *We are a shoe free environment. Please remove your shoes at the door *We have three cameras on the property, one at the front door, one at the back door and one above the garage. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring/ blocking the cameras physically or wirelessly is prohibited and will result in terminating the guests) stay without compensation. No smoking allowed. Our house is smoke free environment. Should you choose to smoke outside, we request that you do so away from the house and clean up after yourself. This space is yours to enjoy, have fun, relax. A couple exceptions, guests will not have access to the garage below and one small closet upstairs that will remain locked. Upon arrival, guest will be emailed an access code for lock box access. No Parties, photo shoots, or events of any kind allowed on the property without prior approval. Additional guest must be approved. Any parties without prior approval with be immediately asked to leave and there will be an additional $500 fee. Any damages that may occur but not subject to guest will be responsible for and a security deposit will be held. No outside fire allowed except for the designated outside propane fire pit.
