When booking our house you acknowledges and agrees to our house rules, policies and other information section in our Airbnb listing description. Violation of house rules and policies outlined in listing will terminate guests stay without refund. *The person booking the house must be present during stay and at check-in/checkout. There is no transferring house reservations or subleasing allowed. If the guest of record is not present at check-in, no access to property will be allowed. *We are a shoe free environment. Please remove your shoes at the door. *We have three cameras on the property, one at the front door, one at the side of the house and a camera above the garage. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring/ blocking the cameras physically or wirelessly is prohibited and will result in terminating the guests) stay without compensation. No smoking allowed. Our house is smoke free environment. Should you choose to smoke outside, we request that you do so away from the house and clean up after yourself. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine for smoking indoors, reinvestment for any damage and any additional cleaning fees if needed. $200 exterior cleaning fee applied should there be a need to pick-up after guests resulting from smoking. No pets. *Strict no pet policy. Guests will be asked to leave without refund. $500 fine will be applied if violated + any additional costs for damages. No outside fires at this time (fire pit coming soon) No commercial, promotional, personal, recording content, marketing content or any other type of photo shoot or filming (on the property or in the house) without contractual approval prior to arrival. Failure to disclose will result in a production site fee of $2,000 per day during your stay. * No parties/events. Should a guest organize a party or event guests will pay a $500 fee, will be required to leave without refund and charged for any damages. No weddings or commercial photography allowed without additional permission. No additional guests unless otherwise approved Please no food or drinks, and no sitting or standing on pool table. Please note that any damages, stained sheets or towels or stole items will be charged accordingly. *** No glass, food or drinks in hot tub. We encourage you to take a shower prior to entering the hot tub and after your soak. Bringing excess body lotions, cosmetics, conditioners, food and/or drinks into the hot tub will alter the water chemistry. An additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied if we have to drain/refill/ reheat the hot tub after your stay due to violations of these rules. *** Thank you for understanding*** *After hot tub use, wet towels and suits MUST be stored in the bathroom until next tub use or your leave. Please rinse after use. Hot tub water, wet towels and/or wet suits cannot be placed on any linens, furniture, door knobs or woodwork in the house. Linens, fabrics are sensitive to hot tub water which will cause damage. Should damage occur to the above listed items, as a result of improper storage of wet towels, suits or general hot tub use, payment (charge dependent on item cost) will be requested to cover the damaged items). *NO children under the age of 5 in the hot tub. Guests are required to leave the house in the state in which they found it. Excessive cleaning needed or excessive garbage left behind requires an additional $100 cleaning fee. Please note that our cleaning fee includes the hot tub cleaning fee also. Thank you for choosing to book your stay with us and treating it with respect.

This houses is yours to enjoy, have fun, relax. It’s our beautiful home away from home and we are excited to share it with you. A couple exceptions, guests will not have access to the garage below the Superbarn. Upon arrival, guest will be emailed an access code for the door locks to the house and barn. No Parties, photo shoots, or events of any kind allowed on the property without prior approval. Additional guest must be approved. If not additional fees will be applied. Any parties without prior approval will be immediately asked to leave and there will be an additional $500 fee. Any damages that may occur but not subject to guest will be responsible for and a security deposit will be held. If you have your own RV and wish to bring it during your stay, you need to provide details before you book and get approval. No outside fires allowed except for the use of the designated outside propane fire pit Due to weather, occasional power outages may occur, flashlights are provided and guests will be instructed to call the host for assistance.
